We really enjoyed our stay at Campfire cabins. My friend and I brought our three kids. They loved running around in the woods, holding bunnies and kittens, feeding baby cows, making S'mores by the campfire, and sleeping in the loft (although the stairs terrified me). Al, Sarah and their children were wonderful hosts. I don't think they ever get a day off! They were down building the campfire every night at 8 (with s'mores) and would sit and visit with the families that stayed in the cabins. We loved the central fire-pit and it was fun to get to know other families, their kids and our hosts. It was like we were one big family. Sarah and Al are very communicative. They sent us pamphlets (real mail!) for things we could do in the area prior to our arrival and always made sure we had what we needed during our stay. It would be fun to rent all 6 cabins for a big family event! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals including fresh eggs and many surprises (like mac n cheese, ramen, condiments and more). We even used the gas grill by the fire pit two of the nights we were there. We would definitely stay here again!
